About This Event
The Search the Ocean event is about collecting one digital pin at a time and finding the ultimate reward at the end. Over three “waves”, you’ll have the chance to collect nine digital pin shapes celebrating the beloved characters who brought heart, humor, and hope to Finding Nemo.
How It Works:
- Collect all 9 featured characters: Bloat, Bubbles, Dory, Deb, Gill, Gurgle, Jacques, Peach and Squirt in all 4 Open Edition variants:
- standard
- Silver Sparkle
- Golden
- Digital Display
- Hold your full Friends of Nemo Vol.1 Open Edition digital pin set on May 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM PDT to 12:00 PM PDT to make sure you get your Finding Nemo Vol.2 Limited Event Edition digital pin reward and ocean themed starter digital Pinbook background.
- Please make sure any trades or purchases of these digital pins are done well before the holding period. Transaction delays may lead to being ineligible. Set ownership will be recorded at any time within the holding period.
- The Finding Nemo Vol.2 Limited Event Edition is a mint to completion reward plus 8% for Disney licensor, comp, and future promotional use. Any sets completed after the holding period will not be included.
- Set Card completion is not required for this event. It is strictly based on how many full sets are owned within the holding period.
- The Limited Event Edition digital pin reward is not limited to one reward and is based on how many full sets a collector owns at the time of the snapshot.
Reward Delivery
- Delivery of both the Limited Event Edition reward and starter digital Pinbook backgrounds will be by May 13, 3:00 PM PDT.
- All digital pin rewards must be claimed before May 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT. Any unclaimed rewards will expire and not be reissued.

With forgetfulness and perseverance, Dory, Bloat and Jacques headline the first wave of Friends of Nemo Vol.1, and trust us, you won’t want to miss a single one.
Each wave lasts three weeks, giving you time to build your collection before the next group of characters arrives.
