Official Rules

Collectors Unite! Global Trading Event

1. Eligibility

The event is open to all registered users of Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs who have a Dapper Wallet account at the time of participation. Participation is subject to compliance with these Official Rules, the Disney Pinnacle Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations. Participants who achieve Tier 4 through Tier 6 will be required to complete an identity verification process prior to the distribution of rewards. Any participants in these tiers must complete their identity check no later than September 8th, 2025 by 9:00 AM PDT in order to receive their rewards. Failure to complete the identity verification process by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the applicable rewards.

2. Event Period

The event begins on September 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM PDT and ends on September 5, 2025 at 9:00 AM PDT (“Event Period”). All eligible trades must occur during this time frame.

3. How to Participate

During the event period, participants must engage in bonafide unique trades with other collectors on Disney Pinnacle.

Each trade must be with a different account to count toward tier progress. Trades will be tracked automatically within the platform. Progress is measured cumulatively; once a participant reaches a tier, they earn the reward for that tier plus all lower tiers.

4. Reward Tiers

Tier 1 - 5–10 trades

1 randomly selected Standard Open Edition digital pin (9,024 rewards available)

Tier 2 - 11–20 trades

1 randomly selected Silver Sparkle Open Edition digital pin (4,512 rewards available)

Tier 3 - 21–40 trades

1 randomly selected Golden Open Edition digital pin (2,256 rewards available)

Tier 4 - 41–60 trades

1 randomly selected Digital Display Open Edition digital pin (792 rewards available)

Tier 5 - 61–80 trades

$25 Dapper Balance (non-withdrawable)

Tier 6 - 81+ trades

1 randomly selected Limited Edition digital pin (425 rewards available)

Note:

In the case where the number of collectors who meet a tier’s requirements exceeds the supply of that tier’s reward pins, the rewards will be distributed in descending order of total unique trading partners.

E.g. If 500 collectors qualify for the Tier 6 LE digital pin reward (425 supply), only the 425 collectors with the highest total unique trading partners will receive the reward.

In the case of a tie at the cutoff line, those collectors who tied will each receive the MSRP value of that tier’s reward in Dapper credit: Standard – $6.95 Silver Sparkle – $10.95 Golden – $13.95 Digital Display – $23.95 Limited Edition – $49.95

5. Reward Details

Digital Pins: Awarded from the Disney Pinnacle reserve account; available variants include Standard, Silver Sparkle, Golden, Digital Display, and Limited Edition.
Dapper Balance: Issued in the amount of $25 and non-withdrawable.
Reward delivery will be before or by September 8th, 3 PM PDT.
No substitutions, cash redemptions, or transfers of rewards are permitted, except at the discretion of Dapper Labs.
Rewards are cumulative; reaching Tier 6 earns all six rewards. Digital pins are awarded from the held-back reserves pool. Reward digital pins will be randomly selected from their respective Variant pool.

6. General Conditions Dapper Labs reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or violations of the Disney Pinnacle Terms of Service. Dapper Labs may modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control. By participating, users agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dapper Labs, which are final and binding.

7. Privacy Participation in this event is subject to the Dapper Labs Privacy Policy. Information collected will be used in accordance with the policy to administer the event and distribute rewards.
