Once Upon a Spring Trading Event
1) Sponsor and Platform
The “Once Upon a Spring” Trading Event (the “Event” or “Promotion”) is offered in connection with Dapper Labs. “Sponsor” refers to the entity operating the Promotion for the Platform (the “Sponsor”). The Platform is used to facilitate trades and distribute rewards.Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs is the Platform on which this Promotion is conducted. The Sponsor may administer the Promotion directly or through service providers.
The Walt Disney Company and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities (collectively, “Disney”) are not sponsors of, do not endorse, and do not administer this Promotion, and are not responsible for the Promotion or for any claims, liabilities, or obligations related to it. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor and/or the Platform, not to Disney.
2) Event Period
The Promotion begins April 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PDT) and ends April 14, 2026
at 9:00 AM PDT (the “Event Period”).Only eligible trades completed during the Event Period count toward the Promotion.
3) How the Promotion Works
During the Event Period, eligible participants (“Collectors”) can earn tiered rewards by completing trades with unique trading partners on the Platform. Rewards are cumulative. If you reach a higher tier, you also earn all rewards from each tier below it, subject to inventory limits and the overflow policy described below.
4) Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Have an active Platform account in good standing.
Complete eligible trades during the Event Period.
Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable Platform Terms, policies, and trading
rules.The Sponsor may disqualify any account that is not in good standing or is suspected of violating
these Official Rules or Platform policies.
5) Definitions
For purposes of these Official Rules:
“Trade” means a completed trade transaction executed through the Platform’s trading functionality. “Eligible Trade” means a Trade that:
Is completed during the Event Period, and
Is completed with a unique partner as defined below, and
Is not disqualified under these rules (for example, same-pin-for-same-pin trades), and
Is not associated with wash trading or other prohibited conduct.
“Unique Trading Partner” means a distinct Platform account that you complete at least one
Eligible Trade with during the Event Period.
Trading with the same account multiple times still counts as only 1 unique trading
partner.
“Digital Pin” refers to the digital collectible pins available on the Platform. Rewards may be Open Edition or Limited Edition digital pins drawn from the Sponsor’s reserves.
6) Tier Structure and Rewards
You unlock tiers based on the number of Unique Trading Partners you trade with during the Event Period. The tier thresholds and rewards are:
Tier 1: 3 to 10 unique trading partners
Reward: 1 Standard Open Edition digital pin
Tier 2: 11 to 25 unique trading partners
Reward: 1 Silver Sparkle Open Edition digital pin
Tier 3: 26 to 40 unique trading partners
Reward: 1 Golden Open Edition digital pin
Tier 4: 41 to 55 unique trading partners
Reward: 1 Digital Display Open Edition digital pin
Tier 5: 56 to 70 unique trading partners
Reward: 1 Limited Edition digital pin
7) Counting and Measurement
The Sponsor will determine eligibility, tier attainment, and counts using the Platform’s logs and internal records. Those records are final and binding for purposes of the Promotion.
Only completed trades count. Initiated, pending, canceled, reversed, or failed trades do not count.
8) Unique Trade Rule
Each eligible trade must be completed with a different account to count toward your Unique Trading Partner total. If you trade multiple times with the same account, that partner counts only once.
9) Disqualified Trades
The following trades do not count toward your Unique Trading Partner total and may be flagged
for review:
A) Same-Pin-for-Same-Pin Trades
Trades where both pins being exchanged are the same digital pin, meaning identical token name and edition, do not count. Both pins in a trade must be distinct from one another to be eligible.
B) Wash Trading and Artificial Activity
Wash trading is strictly prohibited. This includes any activity intended to artificially inflate trade counts through coordinated, reciprocal, or circular trades with no genuine intent to exchange ownership.
The Sponsor may detect wash trading using methods including (but not limited to):
Rapid repeated trading between the same pair of accounts
Coordinated ring trading across multiple accounts
Returning pins to original owners within a short time window
Consequences may include:
Disqualification from all rewards
Removal of trades from event totals
Account suspension consistent with Platform policies
11) Reward Inventory, Distribution, and Overflow Policy
A) Reward Inventory Snapshot (Planning Reference)
The Promotion includes Open Edition and Limited Edition reward inventory. Open Edition total supply listed is 16,234. All Edition planning quantities:
Standard OE: 7,440
Silver Sparkle OE: 4,464
Golden OE: 2,480
Digital Display OE: 990
Limited Edition: 860
B) General Distribution
Rewards are distributed from the Sponsor’s reserves admin account, consistent with the Sponsor’s promotional use policy. Rewards are intended to be delivered after the Event Period. Reward distribution will take place by April 15, 2026, and all rewards will be delivered by 3:00 PM PDT on this day.
C) Overflow Policy When Supply Is Exceeded
If the number of Collectors who qualify for a tier’s reward exceeds the available supply for that tier, rewards will be distributed in descending order of total unique trading partners.
Example provided:
If 500 Collectors qualify for Tier 5 and supply is 400, only the 400 Collectors with the highest unique trading partner counts receive the Tier 5 reward pin.
D) Tie at the Cutoff Line
If there is a tie at the cutoff line for a limited-supply tier, Collectors tied at the cutoff will each
receive Dapper Credit equal to the MSRP value of that tier’s reward, as follows:
Standard OE: $6.95
Silver Sparkle OE: $10.95
Golden OE: $13.95
Digital Display OE: $23.95
Limited Edition: $49.95
12) Verification, Review, and Disqualification
The Sponsor may review accounts, trades, and patterns to confirm eligibility and compliance. The Sponsor may disqualify any Collector if the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Collector:
Violated these Official Rules or Platform policies
Engaged in prohibited conduct (including wash trading)
Attempted to exploit or manipulate the Promotion, systems, or outcomes
13) No Transfer of Rewards
Rewards are provided to the qualifying Platform account. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged, except as expressly stated in these Official Rules (such as credit at a tier cutoff tie).
14) Sponsor’s Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion (or adjust enforcement and eligibility determinations) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. If changes are made, the Sponsor may provide notice through the Platform, a news post, social channels, or other reasonable means.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for:
Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected transactions
Technical issues, outages, or errors that impact trading or eligibility
Any inability to participate due to device, network, or account issues
16) Privacy
Information collected or processed in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Platform’s privacy practices and applicable law. 18) Governing Terms Participation in the Promotion is subject to these Official Rules and the Platform’s Terms of Service and related policies. If there is a conflict, these Official Rules govern for the limited purpose of this Promotion, unless the Platform Terms explicitly state otherwise.
