Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs Presents: Summer Splash Event

By participating in the Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs Presents: Summer Splash Event (the “Campaign”), you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

1. Sponsor

This Campaign is sponsored and administered by [Dapper Labs] (“Sponsor”).

The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers of this Campaign.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on June 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT and ends on June 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT (the “Campaign Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Campaign.

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to persons who are eligible to access and use Disney Pinnacle in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use. By participating, each participant represents and warrants that they satisfy all eligibility requirements under such Terms of Use, including age and jurisdiction requirements, and are not prohibited from accessing or using the platform under applicable law. Void where prohibited.

4. The Three Packs

During the Campaign Period, eligible collectors may purchase the following packs, subject to availability and the supply caps below.

The Premium pack (550) and Legendary pack (100) are finite. Once they sell out, the Standard pack remains available for the rest of the Campaign Period.

The four Apex pins, the rarest variant in the drop, are distributed across all three pack tiers, so a pull from any pack tier can land an Apex. The exact Apex rates per pack are shown in Section 5.

5. Pull Odds by Pack

All rates below are published before any pack is sold. Each pull is independent.

5a. Standard Pack ($4.99, one pull)

Every $4.99 pack pulls one pin. Any pin in the drop is pullable, including the Apex variant, though Legendary and Limited Edition pulls are genuine rarities at this price.

Please note: Digital Display variants will not show up in the revolving storefront at any time during the event. They can only be found in Standard and Legendary packs.

5b. Premium Pack ($99.99, three pulls, each guaranteed Limited Edition or higher)

Per pull odds, applied independently to each of the three pulls:

There are no Open Edition pulls in the Premium pack. Across all three pulls, roughly 1 in 22.6 Premium packs contains at least one Legendary Edition pin. A Legendary Edition is not guaranteed in any individual Premium pack.

5c. Legendary Pack ($499.00, one guaranteed Legendary Edition plus two bonus pins)

Pull 1, guaranteed Toy Story Legendary Edition:

Pulls 2 and 3, bonus pins (each pull, independent):

Every Legendary pack contains three pins: one guaranteed Toy Story Legendary Edition, followed by two bonus pins at the rates above.

6. Set Completion Reward: Backgrounds

Collectors who complete a full set during the Campaign Period earn a collectible background for their collection.

To qualify, the set must be completed within the one week the event is live, on or before June 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT. Sets completed after the campaign closes do not qualify for the reward.

Qualifying sets:

A set counts as complete when a collector holds every pin in that set, whether the pins were pulled from packs or acquired through trades during the Campaign Period. Backgrounds are awarded once per completed set per collector.

7. Reward Delivery

Set completion backgrounds are expected to be delivered to collectors' collections after the campaign ends, by Monday June 29, 2026 at 5pm PT. Dapper Labs may adjust delivery timing as needed for operational, technical, legal, or fraud review reasons.

8. Fraud and Abuse

Dapper Labs may review all activity during the campaign in its sole discretion. Any collector found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct, automation, the use of multiple accounts to manipulate reward eligibility, or any other abuse of the campaign may be disqualified, denied rewards, and subject to account action under Disney Pinnacle's Terms of Service.

9. Reservation of Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or account that it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the operation of the Campaign, engaged in fraud, wash trading, abuse, automation, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Campaign.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign if technical failures, fraud, legal issues, or other causes impair the administration, security, or proper operation of the Campaign.

10. Errors and Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, failed transactions, interrupted service, delayed or inaccurate platform displays, or other errors of any kind. In the event of any discrepancy or error, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the proper resolution in its sole discretion.

11. General

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding. Participation in this Campaign is also subject to the Disney Pinnacle Terms of Service and applicable platform rules.
